All I Really Know
Hi,
Just a note that am going to Orissa, a much touristed state just south of Calcutta, for about a week. The Chennai-based team of Bhaskar and Gandhi and cohorts are recording the traditional music and dance of indigenous people (usually called "tribes" here) there for a CD trilogy they are producing and so I am going to watch them record a little. I am happy to have the opportunity, which seems as if it will be my last big trip before...well anyway I HAVE to be home by March 12, b/c my plane ticket doesn't allow me to return later. So I will. I can't believe what's happened to Bush's approval ratings since I left! It seems as if I should have left much sooner. I think I won't be able to blog again for a week.
